RESORT 26 SPOTLIGHT: LANA DRESS

Dear Beautiful Souls,

The Lana Dress feels like one of the calmest pieces in the Resort ’26 collection.

When I first saw the fabric, the deep blue immediately reminded me of the ocean — that quiet feeling you get when everything slows down for a moment. That’s really where this dress started. 

The cloth is handwoven, and the stripes come out a little different every time. I’ve always loved that about our fabrics. They never look perfectly machine-made — you can actually feel the person behind them.

For the silhouette, I wanted something simple and easy. Sleeveless, long, and loose with a drawstring waist so you can wear it however you like. It’s one of those dresses you pack without thinking because you know it will work for almost anything.

I imagine it on vacation, walking somewhere warm, maybe by the water. Or just on a day when you want to feel comfortable but still put together.

Like everything we make, Lana begins in Nigeria with the artisans who bring the fabric to life. I’m always grateful to share that story with you.
