We understand that sometimes you change your mind. We process our orders quickly to get your new styles to you as fast as possible, which means the window for cancellation is small. Here’s everything you need to know.




Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes, but it is extremely time-sensitive. You can request a cancellation before your order has been processed by our warehouse or fulfilled. Because we work to ship orders quickly, this window may only be a few hours [or even minutes] after you place your order.




Q: How do I request a cancellation?

A: The fastest way is to:

  1. Log into your account and visit the "My Orders" section. If the order is still eligible for cancellation, you will see a "Cancel Order" button.

  2. If a "Cancel Order" button is not visible, it means your order is already being processed. You can try contacting our Customer Service team immediately at studio@busayonyc.com with the subject line "URGENT: Cancel Order #[YourOrderNumber]".

Please note that submitting a request is not a guarantee of cancellation.




Q: What happens if my order has already shipped?

A: Once an order's status is "Shipped" or "Fulfilled," it is in the hands of the carrier and cannot be canceled.

But don't worry! You can simply wait for the package to arrive and then send it back to us as a return. Please see our [Link to Your Return Policy] for detailed instructions on how to make a return.




Q: Will I get a full refund for a successful cancellation?

A: Yes. If we successfully cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.




Q: How long does the refund take?

A: After your cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund immediately. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.




Q: Can I cancel just one item from my order?

A: This depends on our system and how far along your order is. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately at studio@busayonyc.com with your order number and the specific item(s) you wish to cancel. If we can modify the order, we will. If not, you may need to return the item once you receive it.




Q: Can I cancel an item marked "Final Sale"?

A: No. Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Returnable" cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.




Q: What happens if you (the store) cancel my order?

A: On rare occasions, we may have to cancel an order due to unforeseen issues, such as an item being out of stock or a problem with payment verification. If we have to cancel your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the canceled item(s).
