At Shop Busayo, we want you to love your handcrafted African fashion pieces. If your order isn’t quite right, our return and exchange policy ensures a smooth process for your designer fashion purchases.

How to Start Your Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, contact us at studio@busayonyc.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if required. We’ll promptly provide return instructions and shipping labels if eligible.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of your delivery date.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  • Returns received beyond 21 days or without tags cannot be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds for eligible items will be processed to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to reflect on your statement.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

Exchange Details

  • Need a different size or color? Specify the replacement item(s) in your request.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability; if unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Additional Information

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately with photos for a quick resolution.

  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

  • International Orders: Duties and taxes are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, check your bank or contact your card provider.
