How to Start Your Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, contact us at studio@busayonyc.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if required. We’ll promptly provide return instructions and shipping labels if eligible.
Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of your delivery date.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Returns received beyond 21 days or without tags cannot be accepted.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds for eligible items will be processed to your original payment method, minus shipping fees.
